Well located near Gare du Nord -10 minute walk. Impeccably clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very affordable. Tops. Lots of atmospheric restaurants around. Walking distance from most of what most visitors want to see.

This hotel has everything that travelers need - a great location that serve for subway trips or to have a walking experience. The bedroom is very good, very clean with a confortable bed and enought space for a couple. The bathroom being individual also sets this hotel apart from most of Parisians hotels. The breakfast is ok with nothing espetacular...

A comftable hotel with pleasent helpfull staff (Eve). This hotel is just 10 mins waLK from the station, a bit of a shabby area and the hotel is better inside than out. We had a nice room good bed and very good bathroom, the highlight was the young lady on the desk Eve who could not have been more helpfull....

In the heat of tourist season we found this little hotel comfortable and welcoming. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is safe and affordable and has your basic needs. Save your money for the sites, food, and drinks of this beautiful city. The free breakfast will also help your budget. Enjoy great coffee, pastries, cereal and yogurt. We...

It was pleasant stay where we were in Paris although is small but it's clean and comfort! The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful to provide tourist spot information per requested. Nevertheless, it is walking distance from hotel to the nearest metro station and Gear du Nord.

Hotel : Southwest of Gare Du Nord. Less than 10mins walk from Gare Du Nord. Nearest metro is Poissonniere. Buffet breakfast is decent with the usual cereal, ham, bread, coffee and tea. Room : Small sized. Queen-sized bed with enough walking space. Our room has a balcony which overlook the apartment across the street. Balcony is also connected to the...

Feel a bit unsure about this review as we made so little use of the hotel facilities. Arrived at hotel in late afternoon and really pleased about how close it was to Gare de Nord. Even considering we came out of the wrong side of the station, the hotel was only 10 -15 minutes walk from the station. When we...

Within walking distance from Gare du Nord but closer to a subway station. The rooms are typical old French - some spots creak, doors are heavy and old, etc. Breakfast spread is not bad, breads, juice, etc cold stuff. Actually went to two other du Pre hotels before finding the correct one. Apparently there are 4 hotels du Pre same...

I'm conscious that as an Aussie traveller my expectations of a hotel room should adjust when in Europe. This place had a couple of eccentricity's about it. The lift is indeed tiny, certainly not for the claustrophobic! The bathroom wasn't a great deal bigger! It represented a very clever optimization of a very small space, however everything functioned. Despite booking...

I didn't know what to expect from this hotel when my uncle booked it, after looking at the reviews. I'm glad to say I was pleasantly surprised. The closest underground station is Cadet and the hotel is just a few blocks away. The beds were a little hard but I like them that way. I had a street-facing room on...

“Our room on the 5th floor did not overlook the street so was very quiet. I would advise requesting a room that's away from the lift opening.”

“We did ask about a room with a balcony but stated that it was not a deal-breaker. We did not get the balcony but the floor below (The second) did have small balconies. The front of the hotel looks out onto a very Parisienne street.”
