This place was in a great location of the Latin Quarter. There were a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The hotel was clean. The front office staff were nice and polite. The breakfast was ok. There was scrambled eggs with warm ham, baguettes with cheese, yogurt and chocolate croissants. They hold your key when you leave so you... More

Very nice hotel in the best location of paris! The hotel rooms are clean and confortables, but a little small for two persons. The ubication is perfect, and the neighborhood is excellent! The only probles s there no A/C so in the summer is really hot

The staff were all very welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The food they served for breakfast was good and was a traditional Parisian breakfast which I appreciated. I would definitely return especially because the area where it is located was very nice.

Hotel was quiet, I seen the cleaner more often than i seen other guests. The hotel is near the metro and has plenty of shops, pubs restaurants pharmacies etc around it. The room was cleaned daily, the staff where friendly and the hotel has recently been refurbished so its looking nice. Also there is free wifi. My only complaint would be... More

There is no air condition, no tea facilities. There was strange smell. 3 walk minutes from Metro and Local Market. 15 walk minutes from RER. Room is small, but it is normal for Paris. TV shows France channels only. WiFi is good.

I stayed here for two nights between Friday 24 and Sunday 26 June 2016. I travelled to Paris from London St Pancras on Eurostar. I was in Paris for Northern Ireland's Last 16 knockout match against Wales. Unfortunately we lost, but I had a great time. Paris is a great city. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from... More

Perfectly located amongst the bars, food market and restaurants of Paris and with the friendliest and most helpful host (Christine). the rooms are quite small and basic but immaculate. I will not stay anywhere else now when in paris!

I stayed in a room on the top floor 6 of this hotel. The hotel feels like a converted large house, and in every location this can be felt. My room was really an appartment with a tiny bathroom and toilet directly at the door, and a staircase up to a room with the bed and a little desk. The... More

Although Paris was hit with endless rain and flooding, we had 3 very pleasant days at this hotel. We've stayed here before and will return again. The room had an interior court window so was very quiet with no street noise. Clean and comfortable, the room was very pleasant. This hotel is very near to the Place Monge underground stop... More

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
