I was quite disappointed with the quality of this hotel, by the fact that the room was not ready at the time of our arrival at hotel.
In fact, the room was busy and had to wait for almost two hours after thorough cleaning

The previous guest paid to stay up to 4:00 pm. I asked to stay untill 4:00 pm also, but I didn't have to pay due to the Gold status.
In general they allow to stay untill the scheduled check-in of the next guest.

I do not use a hair dryer myself, but I remember having seen one in the bath room.
I am not 100% sure, but usually this type of IBIS hotels has installed hair dryers in the bath rooms for their guests.
