My family of four just returned from a glorious stay at this property right in the middle of the Champs Elysees. When they learned it was my husband's "special" birthday, they upgraded us to a suite overlooking the avenue, and sent us a special bottle of champagne and birthday cake! We opened our window in the cool night air and...

My wife and I along with our five year old daughter stayed here on points for one night as part of a Belgian holiday. Prior to arriving we were contacted by Laurent from the concierge department asking if there was anything he could do for our arrival. this was appreciated and we mentioned that we were celebrating this trip for...

I stayed at the hotel, for the 4th time, previously it used to be much better, they stole my money from the room and when complaining, after investigation they found that one of the staff entered my room but they say that does not guarantee that he stole it!! The senior staff cannot solve the issue & the GM is...

No real complaints, or raves about this hotel. Just indifferent. The main entrance was a little strange. If I didn't see Marriott on the canopy outside I'm not sure I would even know it was there. The lobby was clean, and the service was very good. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Room service was efficient, and the food was very...

Most people don't associate Marriots with five star travel, but I was very impressed with what I saw from the hotel. It's location for first timers is excellent right on the champs-élysées and close to two metro stations. For shoppers, this hotel is a stones throw away from the Louis Vitton store. The rooms are five star quality but not...

The hotel is in a prime location on the Champs-Elysees and is in between two metro stops. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated and feel luxurious. The staff is amazing--I stayed here on my 30th birthday and received a hand-written note, bottle of champagne and cake in my room! The Marriott brand is consistent in their service and I...

This hotel is in a nice location – very close to the Metro, cafes, shopping, and within walking distance to many of the sights/attractions/museums in Paris. The front desk staff, concierge, bellmen, restaurant servers, and At Your Service employees were all outstanding – everyone was helpful, friendly, provided assistance and always called me by name (which I always find impressive...

We have been satisfied customers of various Marriott brands for quite some time. So far (knock wood) we have never had an unpleasant experience. However, some properties stand out for one reason or another -- and this is one of those. Aside from the fact that this is the only hotel on the famed Champs-Elysees, and that it is remarkable...

what can i say? for a highest category marriott, this is a HUGE disappointment. Upon arrival (and i wasn't too early)....had to wait for an hour for a room. And it was just a basic room. We booked the room on points and upgraded to a balcony room, unfortunately assigned floor number two. Much too close to street level on this busy street (think of a combination between Bourbon Street carousing and NYC 5th Ave shopping) and the noise is not blocked from the windows. If you're not a sound sleeper, I don't recommend a room...
