The front communal areas look good and bar / from area is clean and tidy. The rooms are tired inside ( musty smelling bathroom ( room 348) ) Furnishing old. The hotel is in a noisy place No.10 restaurant closed evenings ( reception staff were unaware and booked us at 7pm in the 10 restaurant and didnt even know it was closed). The staff are friendly ( they were helpful when they booked us in on arrival) The staff listen but do not hear guest issues We were promised an upgraded room but were moved to a worst room. Staff say they will look into issues and never get bakc to you or give you updates - you have to push them all the time. I stay at IHG hotels regularly - We will not stay here again. The hotel do not like IHG rewards guests - hence failure to deliver the promised upgraded room. You will only stay on floors 2 or 3.. see indicator in the lift. I wish I could have left a better review. This was an anniversary trip and I was disappointed deeply by our experience. …

Nice if you like to keep your hotel experience to American/UK-like. All desk staff speak fluent english. Close to Metro stops, Place de la Republic and the St Martin canal neighborhood. Beds are OK but could use a refresh.

The hotel had a wonderful buffet breakfast, wonderful staff, great location close to Metro and restaurants. My favorite thing was the shampoo/shower gel in the dispenser. Was wondering the name of it: starts with the letter A.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!! The metro is right outside the hotel and connects to 4 or 5 lines. Very spacious rooms considering you're in Europe. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Our room even had a little balcony! I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this hotel 5 nights, from 4/23-4/28/23 with a tour group. Several unusual experience happened during our stay: 1. When I requested to borrow an adapter, the manager told me I have to pay six Euros. 2. I have food poisoning one day after eating breakfast in the hotel. I suspect it is from a piece of grapefruit. It looks like it was not freshly cut in the morning. 3. We lost two Tote umbrellas in the hotel room. We used one of the umbrellas only on the first day in the afternoon. I remember when we got back to the hotel, we opened the umbrella to dry in the room. We left the umbrellas in the room the rest of our stay. But on the night before we checked out, we could not find them anywhere. I reported to our program director, and he brought it to the hotel manager. The answer was, "The maid did not take the umbrellas." Then WHO? Who has the key to the room and use it to steal? It is amazing that they would take umbrellas!! MY advice: DONOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUTSIDE IN THE ROOM. …

The hotel is in a great position but that's where it ends. Afer staying in IHG hotels around the world this rates as not so good. The best that can be said is that it's very tired. The restaurant opens when it feels like it, the bar closes at 11pm, the rooms are a bit basic. The staff seem to try very hard but I could not recommend. It's very overpriced.

I held an Event in the Crowne Plaza Republique Hotel and it was great. The service is very good, the staff are extremly friendly and service oriented which also have been commented to me by my guests that were at the event together with me. All in all it was a very great experience and I would always come back.

Excellent location for using the metro to get around Paris Lovely building & modern inside Surrounded by lots of bars & restaurants Beds & pillows super comfy Stayed in a deluxe 2 double bed room with 3 people. Very Spacious rooms with lots of hanging space, a safe & a seating area Toilet separate to the main shower & sink area with plenty of towels provided Tea & coffee area as well as fridge which was great Staff super friendly & helpful Breakfast was included & plenty of choice! And you can get eggs cooked however you like Minor niggles; The only mirror is in the bathroom and we didn’t pack our travel mirror so 3 ladies fighting for the mirror every morning The bedding was very thick but assuming cause it’s April they’ve not changed to summer yet

Excellent bed and clean room - no hooks for bathroom towels is the only fault I found! The hotel was full so breakfast was busy but the staff all remained efficient and cheerful throughout! Superb location for us - I would recommend this hotel!

The Crown Plaza was extremely nice! The rooms were roomy, the beds comfy and breakfast yummy! The staff were super helpful. We were able to navigate the city like pros with all their advice.
