Detailed Reviews
Clean!! We were told in the shuttle we were in a great location, and they were so right. Yes, the neighborhood is a little risque, but nothing adult eyes haven't seen before. The coolest guys own the supermarket directly next door; you literally have everything you need in walking distance. Metro and Big Bus across the street, boutiques, restaurants, and sights all in one. The hotel staff are superb and the hotel is very clean. Only issue is my shower door didn't close so I placed a towel on the floor to avoid a mess; my friend didn't have this problem. It was unseasonably warm for Nov, but an open window took care of this slight inconvenience. Highly Recommend!

This hotel is in a great spot and provided a perfect base for exploring all the key Paris sites. The room wasn’t massive, but it was clean and very quite – we slept with the window open and never heard anything.
We originally went to the Mercure Monmatre (oppose to this one, which is technically the Pigalle) and I can say this is 100% better. Staff at the other one were so rude and unhelpful, whereas everyone at reception here were so friendly – especially Harminder, who deserves a special shout-out.

+1
Minus:
Very cramped in the breakfast room, The switch for the toilet hung slightly from the wall. My friend was visited twice in the same day by housekeeping even with the sign "Do Not Disturb". Somewhat poor breakfast, on par with Ibis Styles.
Plus:
Very central, an interesting district. Right by the Metro station to get around quickly around Paris. Got both our rooms facing the street like we asked for. Moveable table in the room, minibar, kettle, good soundproofing, good bed, good lighting in the room.

Paris Marathon - Two of us stayed here to run the marathon and had lots of requests for specific breakfasts and early timings, and from the very first moment we arrived the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Harvinder on reception made sure everything was perfect, the two ladies running breakfast were both so helpful and the hotel was clean, smart, comfortable and quiet. Lovely room and very comfy beds for a great nights sleep. I would book here again without any doubt.

First of all remember you are paying probably less that 200 Euros a night. For a city hotel it is extremely reasonable.
It is in a perfect location with so many bars and restaurants in its vicinity. The whole area is extremely funky and diverse.
You are in the middle of the red light district but that will not disturb you one bit. Felt very safe!
We had a room at the front and when you closed the windows you could not hear a thing.
Staff were very friendly.
Excellent "base" Hotel at reasonable prices.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel which I booked at short notice after the ATN Hotel cancelled our reservation in order to secure a higher rate. While this hotel is officially in the Pigalle area it is just on the edge of it and in a very nice location very close to the metro and a lovely street with lots of nice bars/cafes.
The room wasn't ready when I arrived but they gave a complimentary coffee and snack while waiting. Staff were really helpful and gave very good directions on how to get to some locations around Paris. The room was nice and bright and quiet at night. The rate was very reasonable considering the Champiosn league Final was on in Paris that weekend and it was definitely value for money. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel a stone's throw from the Pigalle metro, in the heart of Montmartre. Elegant hotel but with too much carpet, almost everywhere both inside and outside the rooms, weighing down the environment with its smell. Friendly staff. Poor room cleaning, dust found almost everywhere. Towels not systematically changed every day (even on the second evening, given the forgetfulness, the staff came to ask if clean towels were needed...), unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. Stunning view of the Montmartre basilica. Excellent French and international breakfast. Very high prices, not in line with what it offers.

We traveled as a big group and were really happy with the stay and the help we got from the staff. We would especially like to thank Ms.Shamsa that helped set up the breakfast earlier for us as we initially had to leave before breakfast time.
The only things that could have been better would be the size of the rooms (it was difficult to walk in the room with suitcases in the way), as well as the location (X-rated shops in the whole street).

Perfectly adequate hotel, with clean, safe, well maintained rooms. A buffet breakfast is available from 7 until 10,which has a selection of hot and cold offerings. Well located for the Metro and Montmatre, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel and rooms are clean, near two metro stations. Good and tasty breakfast, very helpful and polite staff. Stayed in 2 Privilege rooms ( Nespresso coffee machine + soft drinks in mini bar) , one thing we didn’t like - ants in one of bathrooms.
