I got to say that there are things that i love and some things that i don't. I love the fact that upon check in they will give you a number where you can send them a whatsapp text and they are like you own personal concierge. You can request anything you like, and i would say they are really... More

A very comfortable hotel that offers really great breakfast but beware the cost of drink at the bar. A small. 0.2 beer costs 8 Euro in the hotel bar so go down the street for a meal and a drink. There is plenty of choice, try the Congres restaurant where you can get "The Menu" for just 37 Euros each.... More

We have stayed at this hotel three times for the past 5 years and we always had a great experience .From the speedy and welcoming checking in at the front desk, always helpful concierges and the wonderful housekeeping. Each time our stay was wonderfull. Our room was small but always very clean and the housekeeping lady was very nice. The... More

Overall very good, nicely furnished and spacious room (by Paris standards I mean, but still a good size even by American standards), clean and functional bathroom, and a proper empty mini-fridge you can actually use for your own stuff (water bottles etc). If you want to pay typical mini-bar prices there are well stocked vending machines on each floor, so... More

One of those large corporate hotels (it's within a few yards of the Palais du Congres) that provides all you need for a short stay in an unmemorable way. It has apparently been refurbished recently, and the decor throughout is a symphony of shades of grey. Rooms are quite small though well-equipped (ours had just a shower, no bath, plus... More

The hotel has a good location for business. It is in front of Palais de congres where you can find many stores and a supermarket. It is also very close from the metro station. The rooms are not very spacious but confortable and clean. The concierge are very attentive.

I've been twice in this hotel because it's just beside the Palais de Congres and this is very convenient for a fair, as it was the case. The rooms are just ok in size. If they were, say, 10% bigger then I would rank perhaps the fifth point. They are quite but sometimes you can hear neighbours if very noisy... More

Stayed for two nights before a river cruise. Reasonably located but would probably not stay again. The rooms are small although the bed was very comfortable. The air con was hopeless and we didn't like the separate WC. There was no bath but shower was good. Breakfast was a joke. We waited over half an hour in a queue which... More

A typical business hotel. Full Lobby. Noisy, busy, long lines for Breakfast. Incredibly good Brie de Maux the best part of the buffet. Eggs Station also exceptional. Excellent service. Concierge recommended an Excellent restaurant at a walking distance for typical French/Swiss Fondue/Raclette: le Chalet de Neuilly. Not to miss. They made reservation: Necessary as the restaurant is always full on... More

The renovated rooms are lovely and bright. There is a great use of space The bathroom is clean and bright and they have put in plenty of mirrors Something nice to have. The rooms are large for Paris standards. There's a nice restaurant attached but also dozens of restaurants nearby. The shopping is great. Some right across the street but... More
