Nicely situated, this charming hotel is definite to recommend, I know a lot of hotel in the same price category that don't offer the same price-performance relationship , kind staff, helpful receptionist , nice coffe bar in the morning , everything you need for a...More
I have just got back from a 3 night stay in what is advertised a 5 star hotel, I can't comprehend how incompetent the staff are, also very rude and sneer to your face making it all very comfortable. The breakfast is very limited, not...More
This was my second stay at the Hotel Baltimore and I was very excited to return, as it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed. Great location, a beautiful exterior, and very friendly, English-speaking staff. Last time it was an incredible junior...More
I travelled here with my partner as a surprise romantic treat and he chose very well!
Friendly and efficient staff, beautifully chic public areas and the perfect location for exploring the sights of Paris without being overly "touristique". A wonderful historic building. Comfortable rooms and...More

This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical
significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.

I honestly didn't think it was worth 30 euros.... they did have lots of breads, toast, eggs, and some yogurt and milk items. They had some fruits and grains but honestly - it reminded me of a sub-par breakfast at a low-quality hotel more than a $50 (ish) breakfast buffet.
You can load up on carbs (which weren't even the best pastries I've had) to keep you going through the day - or order an omelet - but the omelet isn't worth $50.
I'd suggest you go out to a café in Paris for much better food for much less - the location of the hotel is excellent around many fine eating places. Kluber right across the block is delicious.

Check in says 14:00, however, we arrived in Paris (at the hotel) around 11:30 and they let us check in early. Even if your room is not ready, they will hold your bags for you while you go explore the city.
