Located near Opera Garnier, Galleris Lafayette and Printemps, the hotel is well placed for some good tourist attractions (not close to Eiffel Tower, etc, but Paris is fairly small so we walked from Arc de Triomphe to the hotel in about 45 minutes). Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, so plenty to do on an evening. The room was a...

we stayed here for 2 nights on a brief shopping trip to Paris. the hotel was located minutes walk away from the main shopping district which was great. Room was a tad dated, bathroom too, but i think it adds to the quaintness of the old Parisian vibe that the hotel exudes. The lift was a tad small, hence it...

Recently spent a few days in Paris and we checked into the Millennium Opera for the duration of our stay. The rooms were simply beautiful and quite large, The staff however were the highlight of the show. Makonnen on the front desk lead by example, a total gentleman and helped us with everything from city recommendations to hotel services. If...

Millennium is a wonderful hotel in Paris! The rooms are quite large and very clean. Our room had a door and balcony which was very pleasant and felt very Parisian. Bathroom was large and clean as well, daily cleaning and turn down service. Mini bar in room. Also, bar and restaurant on main floor. Great for a drink after dinner...

Great location. I found everything I need when I stayed here. The subway to Metro is just across the road! Only a few minutes walk to Galleries Lafayette and Printemp. The hotel is very comfortable with the feel of the aged building but kept in good condition. The staff are attentive and professional. I previously stayed in a few other...

Stayed at the Millennium when our Eurostar train back to London was cancelled due to a fire at Gare du Nord train station. The staff was super nice, helped me locate a place to pick up some overnight necessities (we were on a day trip to Paris), and gave us extra soaps, etc. so we could wash out our clothes....

We had 4 nights at this charming, well located hotel. From in room crystal chandeliers, marble tubs, decorative stainless fixtures, French door style windows, repurposed furniture, heavy tapestry drapes, fluffy down comforters, crisp linens, plush towels and included breakfast, to the spiral staircase around the old school elevator and chambermaids in crisp black and white uniforms, this hotel is a...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
