It was one of those hotels in Paris I would go go and go ! I found this hotel on the SNCF website and am glad to say that I've never been to a 3 Star Hotel like that in Paris. Am not saying that there aren't better or of same standard but definitely the best I've ever stayed at....

First the good - the front desk staff is very pleasant, helpful and eager to see that you have a good stay. If you like walking it is easy to get 'local' and also easy to hoof it down to central Paris and the sites (easy = fair amount of walking). Now the rest - the room was tiny, which...

This was our first trip to Paris, and i had seen the hotel recommended on the Eurostar website, the general impression on arrival was very good & continued with a very warm welcome from the lady on reception, i decided to up grade us to a premium room and it was a good choice, our room No.52 did not disappoint,...

We stayed at Cervantes for 4 nights in April 2008. The location is fantastic - within 100 metres of Rome Metro station and a little further to 2 other Metro stations. It is also an easy walk to Place de Clichy, a main restaurant and entertainment area. The location is in a nice residential area. The standard room and bathroom...

We stayed in the standard room for five nights (average EUR97). Arrived early but we were given our room anyway. The room is quite reasonable for Paris standard; enough space for two big and one small luggages. Only wished the bathroomdoor opens out instead of into the tiny bathroom; it would have been much more convenient to get in and...

Having read some of the reviews on here I feel compelled to add my thoughts. My wife booked this hotel as a surprise birthday present for me on the advice of the travel agent. We went this weekend (Sat/Sun 1/2 March) Position: Not far from Gare St Lazaire. We had a front facing room and heard very little train noise...

This hotel is a fantastic find, very modern and immaculately clean. We stayed for four days over valentines weekend, in a premium room, which was well worth the extra money for the modern room and queen sized bed. Staff were very helpful, especially the night and weekend staff, and couldnt do enough for you. Room service is included in the...

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Cervantes for 2 nights. We arrived around 13:00, and although the booking indicated the room would only be ready after 15:00, we were immediately allocated a room. Reception was friendly and free internet at reception and newspapers were a plus. The room was small, but definitely bigger than another 3 star hotel I...

While the hotel was clean, it was just this side of a dump. Hotel staff had to lock and unlock the front door in the evening so this tells you something about the neighborhood! Rooms were TINY but clean. Also our double with a "city view " was a view of a brick wall outside the window. I would swear...

If your stay in Paris is brief this hotel is ok. The rooms are small to say the least, however we got room 65 on the top floor which gives fantastic view of the Eiffel tower. Also the hotel is ideally located near a metro station.
