We stayed 4 nights at this hotel (wedding anniversary trip) and sadly we were very disappointed. The hotel is in a fantastic location (just off Champs Elysee), making it a great base for sightseeing. However, this is probably the only benefit of staying there. Upon arrival we were shown to our deluxe room on the 2nd floor. The room was...

Am I the only one that thinks that when you pay nearly $1,000 a night for a hotel room, you would expect to find a welcome note, perhaps a chocolate on your pillow? a cookie?? This small detail bothered me to know end. What's missing from this hotel is any PERSONAL TOUCH! The staff is polite and friendly, the food...

My husband and I travelled to Pershing Hall for a work event. And this hotel is an excellent venue to host an event - the banqueting room is great, the event staff highly efficient and the decor/surroundings work perfectly and look very impressive. What doesn't work is being a guest at Pershing Hall. You are not a priority at all...

Stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon recently. Upgraded on arrival to a junior suite which was quite spacious by Paris standards - a balcony over the dining area was lovely for chilling out at the end of the day. Service good if sometime as little too cool. Bar area perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail. The courtyard with...

I spent a night here to get the Champs Elysee experience between my Crillon and Ritz stays, and while this hotel is not in the same category or location as the other two, it gives them a good run for the money. (And I am not just speaking of the mini-bar experience which was free. More on this later) It...

We chose this hotel because of Patrick Blanc's mur vert. Most important, the room was quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, the coffee was excellent and the breakfast delicious. The bar/restaurant is in the courtyard with the mur vert on one side. Elegant mix of modern and quintessential Paris. Great location near metro on Champs Elysee. I gave the room...

I stayed at Pershing Hall with my husband for a weekend in November. The bar and communal areas were very nice and the location was fantastic....however, the service was appalling. The staff were rude and unhelpful, I have never experienced such bad service. We stayed in a junior suite which was worse than average, no character, poor amenities...the towels were old...

Just back from a weekend at Pershing Hall - loved it - hotel has a great sense of style, perfectly in keeping with its designer location. Bar is super chic with great cocktails and beautiful staff. Cool music plays as you look out over the 4 storey walled garden. Our room was perfect - complimentary minibar is a real luxury...

I loved the patio garden and restaurant in it. All said about this overrated posh hotel. The rooms are boring, no feeling at all, depressing, non atmosphere and so is the hotel. The one and only (and great) plus is the restaurant with the hanging garden. Beautiful. For the hotel? Don't botter. For a diner? Do it.

This was my first visit to Paris. We had 4 nights at the Pershing Hall. The Hotel staff were helpful with recommendations for travel, food, entertainment etc. The hotel bar is full and funky - a destination for non residents I imagine. The room was fairly large with a lovely bathroom that had two sinks, roll top bath, walk in...
