Superior room was tidy and clean. Balcony was a nice touch but given it was -3 degrees we didn't use it much. Bed was huge! Separate bathroom to shower room which was fine.

Poor quality/price ratio. It has good details of a 4-5 star hotel but under several angles it is not event a three-star hotel. Very poor acoustic isolation, under average breakfast. All in all, it is too expensive for what you get.More

This is an excellent hotel. We have stayed there several times.
1. Staff are polite, attentive, and very helpful
2. Rooms are well-appointed, clean and comfortable; bathrooms are large, ample selection of towels.
3. Location is convenient to Champs-Elysee, metro station, nearby restaurants.
Thank Emilio T

This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This
neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
Best to contact the hotel to be 100% sure but I recall some steps to walk into the entrance but they had a lift in the hotel. Could be they have an step-free access entrance somewhere else. The staff was friendly so I'm sure... More
