Very nice and stylish and clean hotel. Location is not easy to find if choosing not to take metro. If taking 'Poissonere' Metro, the street is just next to one of its exits.

Are you looking for a hotel where the edging readily falls off the door to the en suite, the curtains detach from their runners if you open the window, the TV entertainment consists of a few measly channels in French only, the already limited buffet breakfast readily runs out of basics such as eggs and your room maid is a...

This hotel is close enough to walk from the Gare Du Nord so handy for the Eurostar. It is in a quiet street so there was no noise problem and is a short walk from the metro line 7 which gets you to several tourist places quite easily. There were a few dodgy looking winos hanging around the street at...

I stayed here for two nights on purpose for visiting Paris during the evening and some day excursions. The area was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads and was seemingly safe. The surrounding buildings were apartments and businesses. Pros: Room was quite spacious, comfortable and elegant. Close to cafes, shops, metro, buses and taxis...

Great hotel - really glad I booked this one. We chose this hotel because we'd stayed in a Eurostars in Luca in Italy and loved it there. We were having a long weekend (Fri - Mon) in Paris and wanted somewhere handy for getting to and from CDG airport and for town and this hotel hit the spot. We were...

We were able to check into our room straight away which was great. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english which is always a bonus when you dont speak...

We stayed there because of proximity to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est but It is not so close that you cannot get lost. Okay for walking into the city as well. Fine for the wheelchair - plenty of room. Breakfast not free ( normally ) and no kettle or anything to make a cup of tea in room....

I booked this at short notice as we were unexpectedly returning to Paris early after a holiday in France and needed a place to stay for one night before catching the Eurostar home. I booked for two adults even though we were also travelling with our two year old daughter and I worried that they might kick up a fuss...

There was no heat in either of our rooms for two nights! Repeated requests to have it fixed were ignored by one clerk and manager after another. We were offered blankets. I don't care how cute and reasonable is a hotel, you really need heat in a Paris winter! They didn't respond to my email following the stay.

We stayed here for 5 days. I had spend a lot of time trying to find a suitable hotel for our trip to Paris. The earlier reviews definitely helped, and made me make up my mind to try it out. Positive: This is a good base in Paris, in a very quiet area Good breakfast, more alternatives than expected The...
