Right in the heart of the Marais this is a wonderful individual hotel. Not impersonal or luxurious, just comfortable and welcoming. Well priced for its situation and conveniently situated. We stayed there last year and came back, and we fully intend to do the same again

The location was good, staff very nice, the photos on website are beautiful and rich but in person, was dated...the carpet in our room really needed to be cleaned or replaced, as it was stained. Room was very small and not sound proof. Could clearly hear my neighbors talk or the man snore. It really depends as I had much better experience in the past. It may help to inquire when you book. Location is great and the staff is always very nice.

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
