Broken window fixed with a towel!!! Dirty bathroom!!! Never again!! I would definitely not recommend it! Outside was freezing (-2 celcium) and the window remained open all night, they just brought us a blanket!!! And generally very dirty room!

You must be mistaking with another property I guess... our hotel is in excellent conditions and our housekeepers take extreme care in cleaning our bedrooms and bathrooms, as we are preparing to gain a 4th Star as from January 2017.

Normal hotel part of a known chain. No special reasons to complain or be happy for. The quality of sleep is average/good. my room was clean and tidy. Receptionist on the check-out day: one very helpful, the other one messed up with the booking of my taxi... I guess that's the human factor

Just back from having stayed here for 4 days. I'll start with the positives. Absolutely stunning hotel, yes it's small, yes the rooms are compact but the entire hotel is spotless clean & chambermaids were amazing. Very central location with both cadet metro & grand boulevard app 5 mins walk away. Francesca on front desk was amazing, a fountain of...

This is about the fourth or fifth time we have stayed here and the hotel is consistently good. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean and modern looking. The rooms are not huge but it is Paris and unless you are in a £500 a night hotel, you won't get huge. There is enough room to be comfortable though and plenty of...

This was a great place to stay. ..the staff were friendly the rooms were tidy and very quirky. The staff spoke English but were supportive of me speaking french (and we're very patient)! The hotel was central to the metro although we walked most places...louvre 20 mins away. Parking on the street was a no go but the hotel have...

A very nice hotel in the center of Paris. I stayed with my wife for a week. The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. There are many restaurants around and a metro station very close to the hotel. It's a quite hotel althought it is located in city center.

We stayed here two nights with some American friends. It is a very nice, modern boutique hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms look new and the beds are comfortable,, good linen. The a/c works extremely well. Bathrooms are very modern with big showers and plenty of hot water. Our friends had a triple room as they were travelling...

Very nice hotel...one of the best service I got...rooms are small as compared to paris city hotel rooms..but service wise the best...Francesca in the reception deserves 5 star..she was so cheerful and helpful all the time..she gave accurate information about the metro stations ..which metro to take...she is an asset to the hotel...I would strongly recommend everyone to visit this...

Stayed for three nights - rooms basic but clean and comfy . A good location for the Metro and fairly central, staff very friendly - overall good value and would stay again when next in Paris - recommend the triple superior rooms for a family on a budget!

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
