We had one of the hotel rooms as two friends. The asset of the hostel is of course the closeness to everything in montmartre as well as to the metro. Breakfast was ok with good coffee, service was very nice, though I don’t think the...More
We arrived in Paris at around 5am, so we were able to reach the hostel in the Montmartre area at around 6:30am. I thought at first that we will need to wait to check-in because for sure we are too early. But the receptionist was...More

Third visit here. Much needed renovations completed. Shower and bath have plenty of room now. Friendly staff and good location (close to Lamarck Metro) and within walking distance of Sacre Coeur/Moulin Rouge etc. Nice Bfast also.

Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
