Like almost all tourist hotels in Paris this one is also very "petite" but located in a very nice neighborhood (Quatier Latin). Our room on the first floor was clean and had two single beds. We could store the luggage until we needed to go to the airport the next day.

I've stayed in total 3 times in this hotel (in 5 different rooms). Every (twin/double) room I stayed was slightly different. Some have big bathroom, some small, some extremely small but thankfully all had good beds. All of them was very clean, although there could be some better maintenance in secondary places (ex. on top of closet). Breakfast is typical,...

We stayed for 3 nights. €85 a night was well priced compared to other accommodation. The guy at the desk was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and neat. I think for the price we paid we did well. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel 14th-17th December 2013 and were impressed with the cleanliness and location of the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, before our room was ready and were able to leave our luggage while we went out for the day. We were also given access to the staff bathroom to freshen up. Staff also provided us...

A clean basic room for a good price. Staff were friendly, luggage storage provided. I was able to check in early which was appreciated after an early Eurostar. It's basically right at the top of rue mouffetard, which is full of lovely food shops, restaurants and bars.

If you are reading this then maybe the title attracted you. Do not get me wrong, this is a nice hotel. I arrived in Paris during the summer and did not have enough advance notice about this trip, so the travel department booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to my office and also near alot...

We knew going in that this was a 2 star hotel in Paris, so we expected a small room without a lot of extras. However, our room was very clean and comfortable, the desk staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was convenient and not too expensive (around 8 euros). The location was also great; in a nice area...

Firstly I do not understand the bad reviews of this hotel, its cheap and you get what you pay for. Me and my friend, both of us 18 stayed here recently and didn't have any problems. Yes it's small but it's clean and that's the most important thing. Amazing location in the latin quarter right next to a metro station...

Hotel was fairly old and run down. Our toilet didnt flush properly and at random times would suddenly start gurgling. the Shower was also dirty. Whilst a couple of staff were fairly friendly overall the service was very poor. We were ill advised on ways to get around Paris and also how long it would take to get to certain...

We were a bit weary at first with the outside not looking as we thought it would, with the nice pictures of the hotel and all. Nonetheless, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous since we arrived. We got a room with no AC, but immediately changed us to an even bigger room for the same price. They recommended places...

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
