This is a small family run place. It is in a fantastic location close to a metro and lots of restaurants and shops, close to landmarks such as Notre Dame. The staff are very nice and helped counter and negative Paris "attitude" which occasionally surfaces elsewhere. Of special note, the owner, (Yen, Ren, sorry unsure of spelling) personally walked us...

Small boutique hotel in the heart of the St. Germain section of Paris surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops and St Michel metro stop was around the corner. Hotel was decorated in quintessential Parisian decor with stripped wall paper, etc and the room was BIG, by European standards. I did a lot of research prior to booking and altough...

This is a great boutique hotel on a tiny footprint but so close to the centre of Paris that you can be on a metro or at Notre Dame in minutes. Beautiful rooms, as good as the pictures, and the laid back friendly staff really make you feel welcome here. A great find.

Thus hotel is close to the Notre Dame and many great restaurants; and within walking distance of the Louvre. Very nice rooms, considerate staff and reasonably quite. We love it! Would highly recommend it to couples.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights starting 23rd of May celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We were shown to room 501 on the top floor which was very spacious. Despite being next to a noisy Irish bar we slept soundly in a king size extremely comfortable bed. The location is superb. Turn right out of the hotel and...

Enjoyed our stay for four nights in the heart of the Latin quarter, a 60th birthday treat for my husband. Although the weather was terrible most days except our last, we made the most of our time enjoying all the sites in between the torrential showers. Staff were very pleasant and attentive and any problem raised was seen to immediately....

We stayed for a week at this charming hotel on the left bank. The staff are friendly and attentive, the room was clean and unusually big for Paris. No restaurant but there are so many nearby. Thoroughly recommended.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
