I was in Paris for a business trip in December /January and I spent in this hotel more than 2 weeks. It is very well located. Nice small rooms, comfortable, very clean, no noise. It was a real discover as it is a great accommodation, not expensive and in the city center with metro connection very close. The staff is...

Small rooms, but this is Paris, so it's expected. The hotel is central with high end stores a short stroll & Place de Concorde nearby. We walked everywhere. Nearest Metro is Madeleine, 500yards away. The staff were reserved, but friendly and speak English very well should your French be sporadic. Our room, no25, was clean, with modern decor and at...

I passed by the hotel and I asked for a room for the day after. I could get one for 95 euro which was the price I was paying for an airbnb in the same street! I guess the price was so convenient because it was around mid November and the room wasnt very spacious but it was more than...

Attractive foyer, small but homey, modern décor, reasonably priced, breakfast available in common area or your room, close to metro and Hop On Hop Off buses, pleasant view, friendly and courteous staff always available, clean, had a great tome!

Great central Paris location near La Madeleine. On a small side road so not a lot of traffic noise. A nice new hotel. Modern design, but not uber trendy which is also refreshing. the room i had was quite small, but efficient and perfect for a short business stay or just to use as a base for a couple night...

When a local tells you that you're in a good location you better believe it. I walked from there to everywhere and Uber helped along the way. The rooms are quite small but are you in Paris to spend all day and night in your room??? If the answer is no, you're in a good place. If you like your...

What a fabulous weekend we have just had in Paris. Yes, around 48 hrs. Which is why and where the hotel Basile came in very handy. Nestled in the Madeline area Basile hotel is a bright, clean, efficiently ran, boutique hotel. It's position is handy for many many of the attractions Paris has to offer. We will be going back...

We went there for a couple of nights and I must admit I was disappointed by the size of the room. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcases since there were no decent wardrobe. Apart from that, all good. Helpful staff, clean rooms, very nice breakfast room and perfect location.

We booked a triple room for 3 adults. The triple room turned out to be really cramp & after placing the luggage, we could hardly move in the room. It was basically a double room which the hotel put in an extra pulled out bed. While it may be my fault for not noticing the room size when I first...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
