Hotel is in an excellent location (the metro is literally on the doorstep). Rooms are very reasonably priced for Paris and the staff are friendly and cleaned our room well. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was very dirty. I don't think the stairs had been cleaned in months. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so the room stank...

In my crater-shaped bed I was bitten by some parasitic insects (LICE?). Red spots on my skin until today (after 3 weeks) Not even a glass in the room – paper cups only. Room and corridors dirty beyond any standards.

This hotel has to be the worst I have ever stayed in. We were in a twin room with beds that was very low we might as well slept on the floor. Dust was clearly visible round the edges of the room. In their own words the entrance to the hotel had "a certain je ne sais quoi" about it........

I really can't understand why this hotel has 3/5 stars... even one is too much. Rooms are so dirty that any contact to walls or floor makes you feel disgusting. It seems that wall are covered with splashes of some liquids and don't know what dirt. "Bathroom" smells like rotting and you can see mold on floor and lower parts...

My husband and I have recently returned from a 5 week Euro trip and ever since our stay at this "hotel", I've felt compelled to write an honest review. This hotel, bottom line, is horrendous. The only barely tolerable aspect is it's location - it is right outside a main train station, yet this station is still a good half...

The rooms were the TV is small, power points do not work and even we let them know Of the problem they did'nt fix it. The men at recepcion was rude and arrogant,if you do not speak French they treat you like pest.

I've been in march with my fiance for 3 days and the hotel was rubbish. When we got there we went to front desk to pay for our room and instead of €144 we've been charged €152. We went into our room, wanted to take a shower but surprise...water didn't work, after going down to resolve the issue we wanted...

We had seen negative reviews of this hotel that really belied its true picture. When we arrived there last week we were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness, attentive staff who spoke English, basic yet functional room and bathroom. We asked for a room with a view and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. The view from the room showed true...

First thing I wondered when entering the 'hotel lobby' is if we were in the right place... Let's just say it was not the most welcoming entrance. Then the lift... in few words: it was very ancient, excessively small and terribly slow. So I actually started using the stairs, which had the dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a...
