This hotel is nicely located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt I was taken care of. Rooms are relatively small but okay. My room was located near the elevator and was at first a bit noisy but I did not bother me badly. If you don't want to pay too much, this is your hotel.

France Albion hotel is well located near Notre dame de Lorette, a 2mins walk to metro line 12, and 1.5kms from Gare de l'est. It's in a clean, safe neighbourhood with a Carrefour supermarket just opposite the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were spic and span, there is a lift (which isn't always the case in Parisian hotels). Some points...

We really loved this place, our room was 64, top floor, room divided into two rooms with single bed in one room and double in the other, this was great for us as we had our little son with us whom needs to go bed before us. Reception was great, very easy to get everywhere by foot, metro or bus....

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! The hotel rooms are on the small size, but are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff were great and the breakfast fare was what you would expect. The hotel is really well located, near the metro and a short walk to the heart of the Montmartre district. I would...

Good and nice three star hotel. The room is big enough with a nice bathroom and a flat TV. Located ca 5 minutes of the moulin rouge and lots of bars and clubs. During the night sometimes a bit noisey from the streets.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in room 64. I'm not sure why I was thinking our daughters twin bed would be in the same room as our bed, probably because I looked at so many that were, but was pleasantly surprised to find it in it's own room. This had two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/tub, and...

Hotel is good located - just 3 minutes walk from metro station. We've arrived at 10am and the room was already available for our stay. The hotel offers free bed for a child which is very handy. The rooms are cozy, cleaning service occurs on daily basis.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
