Fantastic hotel great value for money in a good location, hotel receptionist was very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Refreshments available in the day were an added bonus. Would defiantly stay again when returning to Paris.
This is a fantastic hotel . I will definitely stay again. Just around the corner from the Blanche Metro station, the reception staff are welcoming, the hotel is pristine. The rooms are fun and quirky, very quiet and the beds are very comfortable! There is...More

My experience of Paris hotels have always been cramped rooms and old decor. I was pleasantly surprised with Hotel Joke. No joke. It's great. Within walking distance to the Metro and Sacrecour and also top rated restaurants.

The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
