My friends and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Paris. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the hotel is centrally located, so your near the metro and sites. They were very helpful in helping us with anything we needed, from transportation to getting to the sites throughout the city. Maryellen the manager and Bernard the night clerk...

The staff of this hotel is helpful and friendly, including the owner who is active in managing the property and was a wonderful host. However, the rooms in this hotel are extremely cramped. Not unusual for large European cities, but be aware of what you're getting. There wasn't room for two adults to walk around in the room without one...

Dear guest, First of all, I thank you very much for staying at the Hotel de France Invalides in Paris and for taking time to post a comment. I agree also with you about the room size in the europeans cites, it is a fact, but most of the hotels are quite small in Paris. So we would lik to...

We can honestly think of nothing to complain about. There were no bad surprises. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. (Marie Helene even walked me part of the way to the bus stop!) And no one laughed at my attempts to speak French.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The desk clerk(s) were welcoming, helpful and added humor to our exchanges daily. Breakfasts were served on site and were a nice variety of breads, french yogurts, hot or cold cereals, eggs, flaky french croissants (we miss them!!!) and steaming flavorful coffee. I especially enjoyed the pleasant and relaxed surroundings. The value was...

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 & 10) just returned from our week long stay at the Hotel de France Invalides. It was perfect! We were able to get two connecting rooms (two rooms with a door in between that opened up and made one big suite) Location is within walking distance to the metro, Eiffel...

Great location, so close to metro stop, Eifel Tower, and very lively area with multiple bistros, great restaurants, and not to be missed Rue Cler. So enjoyed the view of the Invalides from our room/balcony. Read in other reviews that the street facing rooms had a lot of street noise but I did not find this to be true -...

Travelled for a two night business trip, the hotel was well located close to the office I needed to visit and had a good size room for one and average amenities. The service at reception was great and i'd emailed ahead of time for recommendations on restaurants and macaroons! I received a very informative email from a member of staff

This Hotel is in a central location. I checked in around 10 PM and was welcomed by the desk but not informed that there was an issue with the plumbing. I was advised that this would be corrected after one hour. this was not the case so I checked out after a one night stay.
