The staff were exceptionally friendly, spoke English fluently and went out of their way to help with any request. The location was ideal, close to the metro and within the heart of the trendy Saint Germain area.

My wife and I were here for seven nights in early September 2016. We were familiar with the neighborhood but was the first time at this hotel. A good value for our money. Room 403 was not the smallest nor the largest. Apparently newly and nicely redecorated. Good bed. Good a/c (a bit of a heat wave that week). Two...

From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel very comfortable. They answered all our questions and helped with directions. We enjoyed our week a great deal. The location is ideal if you are wanting to visit the museums, as many are within walking distance. The metro station is only a few blocks away for those days we...

Hotel is in a good location but on a one way system if you are driving in. parking available for €28 per night literally across the road but pre book with the hotel as they have allocated spaces. It is a short walk to the river and over the bridge takes you straight to the louvre, 8 mins. The walk...

Stayed 3 nights in a comfortable room. Front desk staff were very knowledgable and helpful - Recommended some great places to visit in Paris. Hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything you would want to go to (Musee d'Orsay, the Lourve, metro, shopping, etc.)

I came to Paris partly for vacation and to also bring my daughter to attend school for the winter semester. Not only did the manager Patricia attend to my every need, the entire staff answered all of my questions and provided me with the support to make my time spent in Paris more enjoyable than ever. Stayed for three nights in the hotel. The location is great, just off of Boulevard St Germaine and one block from St Germain des pres metro station. However, it's easy to walk most places as you are so central. The hotel itself has recently been renovated. The staff were very friendly on check in - option to pay in advance...

Great location. A walk to the Seine and easy access to all of Paris via two adjacent metro stations. Very reasonable price given the quality of provision and the neighborhood. Would definitely book again on next visit.

I booked this hotel in a last minute decision to take my 13th year son to visit Paris. I booked it on the basis of trip advisor reviews. There's a good smell when you come inside. The room was tiny but cosy, decorated in lovely romantic way. The bathroom was clean and modern, equipped with nice toiletries. The staff was...

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
