I hated my stay in room #001. This room, hidden behind a light closet door, is located on the ground floor, right next to the lobby and the hotel reception. Therefore, in the evening, you can hear people coming in the hotel, the phone ringing loudly at 1am for 15 minutes with no one answering this and all that from...

My husband and I spent three nights at this hotel. It was a very quiet location which was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. While it is a little out from the centre there is a metro station about 300 metres from the hotel. Lovely restaurants nearby in the Marais district and Bastille...

Really disappointed... Wanted to impress my girlfreind but felt like i'd let her down with the hotel. Paris was beautiful but the hotel was pretty average. For the money i was expecting more, especially in terms of service.

on arrival they never had us reserved a frightener when you have already paid, and do not speak the lingo, after putting us through " you will have to phone and sort out" and then "well what would you do if I was fully booked" in the end the receptionist sorted the problem caused by the tour operator, calmed down...

Great location, close to all the tourist places. Nice area to go out in the evening, very popular with Parisians. Nice little hotel in a very safe area totally enjoyed the stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

First of all, I must start off by saying that I am generally very fussy about hotels and investigate at length before booking somewhere - looking at photos on different sites of the rooms etc. This is the first hotel I have booked where I took it upon recommendation that the place was OK and well located and they had...

Stayed here last week for 2 weeks with wife and 3 teenagers. We had a double room with the kids shared a triple room across the corridor. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast was adequate, however if you want toast you may need to ask for the bread!!! Great location for exploring Paris being walking distance to...

Went to Paris last week to do some sightseeing and stayed at Hotel Bastille for 3 nights in a triple room. It was a great choice! The room was clean, well decorated and modern. There were 2 single beds next to each other and another one a bit further, they were very comfortable and since it was -6 degrees outside,...

We stayed at the Bastille during October 2008. We had a double room because we were travelling with our son. The room is actually two single rooms that is made into one. It has a bed, a double sofa bed and two bathrooms, making it quite a spacious room. The location is great, only 2 minutes walk to the metro...

Hey, If you are a person who requests Toast bread for breakfast you need to go to another hotel because it is OVER @ 7:30am in the morning...half an hour after breakfast starts. Also the icing on the cake is that 3 minutes after i was told this toast bread was served to another group of tourists.. Wow! What have...
