We love staying at Mercure hotels as they are so welcoming & comfortable. We were staying three nights in Paris, and we were not disappointed. Easy to find leave hard de more, turn left then 2nd left, past a very handy supermarket, then it's on a road leading to a bridge. Like Dr Who's tardis, it looks small but it's...

Clean . Handy for gare du Nord. Quiet ,even though on main road overlooking Gare de L'Est platforms. Has breakfast room , though we ate at the excellent local boulangerie ( recommend the pain au raisin and the chocolate Amande -I ordered both and had to have a second cup of coffee ...very filling ).Would recommend hotel unreservedly except that...

The hotel was booked through the Accor website and was slightly cheaper than the Gar Du Nord hotel directly opposite the station which I have stayed in before, so I selected this one. Check-in was quite smooth. First impression of the room was fine. Clean and tidy and everything you would expect. Dining in the immediate area is plentiful and...

If you are business traveller and have to opt for a hotel near Nord station for a night stay than this hotel sounds logical however if you are a tourist and are in Paris for sightseeing and fun than wouldn't recommend this property at all. The front staff executives are just too cold and indifferent to any incoming guest (happened...

I stayed here for 5 nights with my 20yr old daughter! Being so close to Gare du Nord has its advantages for ease of travel in city and access to Eurostar to London. We walked less than 5 mins to station each day where we had choice of metro and RER lines too! Be wary of people outside station especially...

I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights in June for a quick Paris stay. I booked this hotel online through the Accor Hotels website as I am a member so it was booked with ease. When we arrived at the airport the taxi driver had a little difficulty finding the hotel as it is located on a busy...

Looks nice, trendy, funky modern....but not very functional. Room is very small. Booking stuffed up, did not get the room I reserved. Staff were pleasant, but require training in safety procedures. We were trapped in the lift for 45 minutes. Staff heard the alarm, but did not respond, we were rescued by fire brigade who we called from our mobile....

Great hotel in Paris with a fantastic location. Very close to Gare du Nord station so excellent transport links to everywhere in the city.
