Close to Gare de Nord and Metro. A variety of eating establishments are located close by. Street facing bedroom first floor location was spoilt through excessive street noise generated during the night by coaches parking and off-loading passengers at hotel frontage. There was also noise generated during the early hours from the serving underground metro system.

The hotel is in a perfect location with train (Gare de L'Est station) & bus stops at your door. if you arrive in Paris by train like we did the hotel is also walking distance from Gare de Nord train station. You also have cafes/restaurants, supermarket and bakery at your...

I was for a short visit to Paris with my parents. The hotel is located in front of Gare de L'Est. It is easy to go anywhere in Paris. The location is great. Most of the staffs are very helpful and excellent especially those at night. Room is clear. The cafe machine in the room was not working but they...

Very decent hotel tucked away a bit from all the comings, goings and bustle of the Gare du Nord area. More like a four than three star.I had a 'cosy single' room via an offer from ebookers - definitely impressed and pleased with the brand new furnishings, excellent use of space and larger than normal single bed (for 1 person...

This hotel is directly opposite the Gare de l'Est and an easy 5 minute walk from the Gare du Nord - well worth bearing in mind for those of you coming to Paris on Eurostar. We have stayed here regularly for the past 20-odd years and seen it through a great deal of change and refurbishment. The reception and breakfast...

Just the right Hotel, in the right place. The quality and services of a 5 star Hotel in the heart and most convenient place in Paris. Highly recommended for any business traveler who needs a classic and quality hotel in a visibly busy area. Its silent inside, and gives the aroma of a 14 century beauty. Its nearness to the...

This hotel has the typical European frontage the remodeled older building. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I picked the hotel because of the location and glad I chose this one. everything modern inside and a large variety of restaurants and shop near by. It is unfortunate that my checkout experience had been handled so badly, as it wrecked what had otherwise been a nice stay. Briefly, the room was small but clean, comfortable and in nice condition. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was nothing special, if you don't have an early morning meeting, go elsewhere as it is very overpriced and only worth it...

Booked entirely for it's closeness to Gare de l'Est. However after seeing some of the other hotels nearby we were glad we booked this one. Do book well in advance if you can as the rates posted on the board in reception were expensive. The room was small but comfortable enough for one night. One thing to mention is the...
