We stayed two nights at Hotel Andrea after wanting somewhere central and near some of the key landmarks in Paris. Given it was our first visit we were unsure about where to stay but reaffirm the TA reviews regarding the location. Very central with a quick walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower....

Hotel Andrea, although hard to find at first, is located in a prime area of Paris close to the shops, metro station, bus stops, louvre etc. Room was small but standard for price paid. It did not come with any tea making facilities and the air conditioning was poor. When I inquired about getting a kettle I was informed that...

Great hotel very close to Notre Dame and an easy walk to the Louvre. Eiffel Tower, etc. Very near to an RER metro stop that conveniently takes you to the Charles de Gaulle airport as well as Versailles. While not much from the outside, the hotel looks very modern on the inside. Rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was great...

Just off the Rue de Rivoli and a short stroll from Notre Dame, this simple little hotel is a great choice for a few days in Paris. Our room was pretty spacious in Paris terms, clean, and comfortable and the staff were charming. Lots of good restaurants nearby to suit every pocket. We'd go back for sure.

We stayed here for 1 night during our trip in Paris. It is a Boutique style hotel in Le marais. We stayed in the 3 person accommodation on the top floor. It fit us very comfortably and we were surprised to see how functional the space was, given how small Parisian hotel rooms tend to be. Very happy and would...

We have stayed at this hotel again and it never disappoints. It has been refurbished recently and it is very nice. Our bedroom was clean, equipped with WIFI, TV, comfortable bed and exceptional bathroom. The staff are lovely, helpful and always pleasant. The hotel is located in a convenient side street to Metro, Notre Dame, Pompidou, Hotel De Ville, Louvre,...

Stayed here for one night while I was in Paris. Easy/friendly check in, a pretty decent size room for European standards, and very clean. As said in the title, if you need a nice, reasonably priced place to get some sleep and still be in a great location, I would recommend this hotel! Also try the restaurant diagonally across the...

Stayed here for 3 nights in March and what a great location. Took an Uber from the train station for about 8 Euros to the hotel. Lots of restaurants, shops, and grocery store right by the hotel. Walk about 100 feet to the metro station where we traveled all around Paris for 4 days for about 14 Euros. Staff was...

Stayed 4 nights in this excellent location and were very pleased. It took only 5-10 min to walk to the Louvre, Pompidou, metros, nightlife, etc, everything was extremely close by. The room was spotless, small but very cozy. The staff are very friendly! I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
