Stayed here in early November of 2016. The hotel couldn't be in a better location. One block from the Seine River and 5 minutes to Notre Dame and Ile de St. Louis. 10 minutes to the Pompidou Center as well as The Louvre. The staff were all most welcoming and friendly. We had a nice conversation with the owner the...

The hotel is situated in a strategic point very close to the ile de la cité therefore you'll have the most important points just along the river if you want to take a nice walk. The room is spacious but not big, the bathroom is basic, but is clean and new. The hairdryer is present, but useless as in many...

Great location, overall mostly clean room (although there was quite much dust on the lamp by the bed), quite comfortable bed and very good shower (even though small). I also like having a small good cooler in the room. There are two things that bothered me the most. First of all the hairdryer. It's power is so low that it...

Clean, friendly staff, good service. Decor is a bit basic but the hotel is in a lively neighbourhood and a central location with great transport links. Wifi worked but was patchy. Good for a short trip- would stay again.

I booked three rooms (family vacation) and the rooms are very diferent. One room was good and the others are not ok. The bathrooms are too small. The shower was really terrible. But, the hotel is next to metro and great places like Notre Dame, Louvre, Hotel de Ville... Good for the price

Located 50 meters from the Chatelet metro stop on a small side street next to the River Siene is a wonderful family run little hotel. The breakfast downstairs is perfectly French and delicious. The little lift and frequently redecorated rooms never let you forget that you are visiting Paris. The hotel is the culture. This is not the Marriot or...

Firstly I searched for a hotel in the city centre with parking. This hotel came up but upon contacting the hotel i was advised that the parking was 'near by' and 33 euros a day - but it was best to book your space. I was sent a link by the hotel which didnt work so I found it myself...

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
