The rooms are small, but that's usual in this prime location - within walking distance of sights, shops and great restaurants. Rooms are nicely fitted out and the service is friendly. There's a cosy lounge downstairs where you can hang out - also a lovely little outside patio for warmer days or smokers I guess.

The hotel is in a nice district which is great. The staff is very nice and this is very pleasant as well. Breakfast is quite average , it is a buffet with viennoiserie and bread, frozen scrambled eggs and sausages , it is not good but I guess everybody will find something they like. The hotel is comfortable and not...

I found this hotel to be everything I needed and then some. The location was great; in the lovely St. Germain des Prés area (6me), with easy walk to metros, lovely shops, the Bon Marché, and most of the city attractions. The room was typically smallish (by American standards), but comfortable and very clean. The service is really excellent; the...

I stayed here for the second time, for a week in Paris. The hotel is clean and comfortable, you can make yourself a coffee when you like (no charge). The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts really delicious. I would not stay anywhere else in Paris.

First we loved Caled at the front desk. Sorry if I misspelled. But all front desk were kind and helpful. The location was excellent to everything. We did The Metro the train or walking. About two block walk to the Metro. Free wifi was great. Free Coffee in lobby only in the afternoon. Breakfast was convenient. We would stay again.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
