Stayed here with 3 friends for 3 nights. Lovely clean hotel, the reception staff were fantastic- asking how our stay was when we went past, providing information and booking tours. The room was a bit small for 3 people, but was very clean with an adequately sized bathroom. Only issue was not enough power points. Was a bit far from...

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation for 8 nights. We had a studio room which was on the small side but had a great view of the church, was clean and modern. Hemimi from concierge was absolutely amazing. He helped make our stay comfortable and memorable by assisting us with all our needs, shopping, dining, directions etc. nothing...

This was a great location for our family- had the choice of walking to most attractions or catching the metro which is footsteps away. The monoprix grocery was again very close by. So many eateries to choose from. Shopping is at the doorstep as well. Staff were helpful regarding navigation around paris.

We stayed there a few days ago. The staff were very friendly and made some excellent suggestions on things we should do. I planned to travel by train to sights but Hermini suggested the hop on hop off bus. I'm so glad he did. It was much less confusing than trying to figure out the metro as we did on...

My family were in Paris for a weekend and although the room allocated to us was cramped for 3, we were comfortable. The beds were fantastic, the bathroom lovely and clean. Our views were those of the rooftops of the beautiful buildings and a far away church. Located perfectly within reach of the trains and bus stops and of course...

My mother, sister and I were in Paris for 3 nights in April. Our stay at the Residhome Paris-Opera could not have been better. The one bedroomed apartment was well equipped and very clean. The service from the staff was exceptional - they were attentive and helpful. They booked attractions we were interested in and greeted us personally as we...

Pros - can't beat the great location - close to shops, restaurants, RER and Metro 1-2 minute walk away so sights within easy reach - layout of room suited us perfectly - big room, adequate kitchen facilities, separate rooms for kids, ability to put second child in separate sofa bed - friendly and obliging reception staff - breakfast adequate -...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
