We have just spent two nights at the Phenix Hotel and have no complaints at all. It really is just minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe, which is a real bonus.

The hotel is very well located, close to Arc Triumph and tube station Charles de Gaulle Étoile. Staff is very attentive. Clear room and bathroom. Good breakfast, same options every day, but for me it is not a problem.
