My preferred hotel to stay while in paris.. stayed here at least 7 times.. hotel rooms are decent sized considering Paris.. bed is comfy, rooms have good cleanliness.. very cooperative staff. Apart from these, it is the convenient location that attracts me a lot here.

Our room was nicely appointed (however, no fridge) with a desk, a couple chairs for lounging, and a coffee table. There was plenty of room for two of us to move around. The lighting was a bit dim but enough to get things done. The beds are comfortable; we were only staying one night so that wasn't critical. The location...

Great location if Gare du Nord is somewhere you need to stay. Other than that the hotel was in need of a major refurbishment. The room was dirty, two light bulbs weren't working in the room and the shower head was so clogged up it only sprayed from half the holes! Paintwork was flaky and the carpets needed replacing a...

We choose this Mercure as the location is really good to start visits of Paris. Directly in front of the entrance is a metro station, so you can get very easy everywhere into the city. Checkin was quite easy as everything was prepared from the hotel. The room had seen already "some years" and visitors, but compared to other offers...

My first terrible review. Worthless Accor hotel I have ever been. Too old, seems they are refurbishing. No attention to the guest, a complete lack of care... except a young lady at the reception, the staff is completely absent. I can't image to find that in Paris.

This Mercure hotel is rather dated and you can tell it's a old hotel. I would suggest if you want a newer more modern hotel with way better WiFi reception, then the nearby ibis styles hotel just a few doors away would be a better bet (we stayed there on our last trip to Paris). The service at Mercure was...

Stayed here for the fourth time last week with work, true perhaps it's a bit tatty around the edges but you can't beat it for convenience to Gare du Nord, the staff are efficient and diligent and it's great value.

My choice of hotel was for two reasons. Firstly, I wanted a place where I could get off the Eurostar on the morning of my arrival and leave my bags there until I could check in properly. And this had the advantage of checking out but leaving my bags there before picking them up later the next day before my...

Where do I start? I arrived at the hotel late evening at around 11.00pm. Greeted by no-one at the entrance other other than a disgustingly dirty old carpet which some travellers have taken pictures of. I should have read the signs. Waited in the queue with an angry gentleman in front of me who was complaining about the state of...
