Not a luxury apartment - think self catering Travelodge. But it suited us perfectly. We stayed there 8 and 9 years ago. The staff were very proud of the fact that most studios have now been refurbished. Certainly much brighter with updated bathroom and toilet, new curtains and white goods and I imagine new mattresses. The layout of the studio was...

The apartment was great...small but it was ok.. It was clean, well equipped..The outside needed updating and balcony was covered in weeds and if you sat on the balcony concrete walls blocked the view.

Gorgeous sea view apartment. I'm not sure what this place would be like in the summer but beginning of November it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are very well equipped and I could have happily lived there for a while!

Excellent location over looking the beautiful bay and village of Collioure. Steeped in history. A very popular resort. The view from our third floor balcony is what we come here for. The accommodation was value for money given this location.

We (2 people) stayed here a week. Room 17 which was like a studio with bunk beds in the entrance room, a big bathroom and a lounge kitchen area. The sofa converted to a double bed (well two singles pushed together). The place was clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils. The view was stunning. We got the bus from...

My Fiancee and I, booked over the internet this accommodation, sadly on arrival it was woefully below par. Like other comments found in this review of MAEVA, the room (No.29), was not adequately described, mainly for THREE reasons: 1: The stale smell that was so heavy, it made breathing without feeling sick difficilt. 2: The "Double Bed" was woefully inadequate...

Good things about the Maeve Residence. Great view off Colliure and the Bay, lighthouse from terrace etc. Good running hot water, but it ends there. Bad points, where do i begin. On arrival there is a musty smell from then on it went downhill. Small reception we are given keys to room, did have a small lift through. In the...

Our bathroom had floating parquet floor and obviously water had seeped under it and molded. (Room 25) We notified reception of the strong mildew order as soon as reception reopened after our arrival and requested a room change. Holiday weekend so all were booked. We kept th bathroom door closed to try to contain the odor, but I had a...

Was ok-ish. Location was excellent - about 5-10 mins walk from centre of Collioure -beautiful small town, lots of restaurants. Apartments were in definite need of refurbishment - even if just a lick of paint. There was a nice large patio - but it had weeds growing out of it! Bathroom fan wasn't working, which meant the whole apartment became...

“It was clean and well equipped. I was on the first floor so access was easy. The room was small but that was expected. Beds for adults were small but adequate. The view of the town was spectacular from the balcony, if you were standing up ! If you are sitting down the view is blocked by stark concrete walls. The outside area is dead stoney grassland which is clearly not maintained and spoils the balcony experience. I enjoyed the apartment but the outside of the apartments need serious modernisation.”
