Booked a superior room - basically it was far from standard let alone superior. Room was tiny (less than the advertised small dimensions and we could see from the fire plan layout that it was the smallest room). Overlooked side of building, so no superior-ness about the view, neither did we get a balcony. Room was basic and clean, though...

Room was nice and clean, had a good sleep, wonderful friendly staff. Close to station for our departure the next day. Don't get me wrong, this is not the world most impressive hotel, but it was priced very reasonably, everything was clean and everyone was friendly. If you want a great 4 star hotel, go and pay for it.

The people are very friendly and helpful -- not the case with all the French I met. This hotel's employees spent abundant time explaining things to me, giving me directions, making recommendations. They were very helpful. My sleep was good. The bed was comfortable, and the room was adequate. It was a little warm, but I just cracked open the...

Only a short walk from the TGV station, arriving at the hotel was a slightly underwhelming and i did wonder whether i made an error. However despite the unpromising start at the dank and humid reception and the lift for one, the rooms were surprisingly pleasant. However it was only during the night (as always) i realised why this place...

This is a nice hotel that offers good value. We had breakfast included, and got a room with a nice view. It is close to the railway station (5 minutes walking), and not to far from Place de Comedie and the old town. Not the cleanest bathroom I have seen, but other than that it is great. The staff is...

I had not intended staying in Montpellier but a really nasty blister on my foot meant that a weekend of inactivity was needed to allow recovery so I headed into town. From the tram stop at Place de la Comedie it was only a short limp to the tourist office where I explained that I needed somewhere inexpensive and central...

I came in France for a month with my girlfriend. After Paris, we wanted to visit the south before going to Spain. We were so lucky to find this hotel ! Our room was cosy, nice bathroom. All was clean. Good french breakfast with the smile of the waiter. All the people working here was kind. From the hotel, we...

There's no way that the other people that gave this place good reviews stayed in the same room I did. We were given a triple room on the ground floor right in the breakfast room. The location of our room didn't bother me as much as the room itself. It was dark, cramped (barely any room for us to walk...

Good Afternoon We are very sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with your stay at our hotel. As there remained no Superior triple rooms vacant, we offered you this particular twin room which is of a lower quality than our other rooms. The addition of an extra bed certainly makes moving around more difficult in a room of 12...

What a charming Hotel! Ideally placed, right in Centre of Montpellier, the hotel was 2 minutes walk from the train station (we came from Paris by train) and no more than 5 from the CBD and the place de la Comedie! The room was highly confortable and arguably better than the some at the Novotel, Mercure other top places, where...
