A small single room, adequately if not luxuriously furnished. All I needed for a one- night stay and quiet considering its central location. A little like a student's room, no frills, but a desk, sockets available for charging devices, wardrobe and comfortable enough bed, with a place to put your suitcase which is rare enough in many places. Did not... More

For a rail traveller, the hotel is well situated being a few hundred metres from the station and on the way into the city. The room was clean and comfortable - not luxurious but perfectly good. The reception is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but good value for the money. I'd stay again should I re-visit Narbonne.

A lovely little no frills place, very clean and tidy, comfy beds and soft pillows, lady owner will lend you kettle and cups to make tea if you want, very charming lady and extremely helpful. Always hot water in shower, we would definitely return no problem, 2 minutes from railway station, no noise because of good double glazing.

Stayed at this hotel back in September with the family. Had a very large room which was clean and comfy, the breakfast was good value and the lady on reception was very helpful. Please book direct with hotel as going through a third party takes money away from these independent hotels

Nice clean hotel with good sized rooms, very convenient for railway station just at the end of the street. Patricia the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. When our train connections failed us we where left in Narbonne unexpectedly. Thanks to trip advisor we went to WILL's Hotel. It was clean and very accommodating. Not a place to linger long outdoors after dark but in a pinch it was a very comfortable and friendly stay. Staff where excellent.

Stayed at Will's Hotel for five nights in total either end of a boat trip on the Canal du Midi. Well situated just outside the city centre, quiet location, rooms double-glazed, beds comfortable. Hotel is traditional style and perhaps a bit tired in decor but room was spacious, everything worked, shower/bath hot and all was clean. Breakfast available for €9... More

Close to the train station but not a scary station hotel. Reasonable rates, clean linen. No elevator, but cool circular staircase. Very personable and helpful owner. Perfect for couples young and old, and families

Hotel close to the railway station (150m along the street directly opposite the Gare SNCF) and very convenient for train travellers awaiting AutoTrain from Paris. Ideal for simple inexpensive family accommodation – we had a large family room (basically furnished with a double and one single bed) with an unexpectedly modern bathroom. Wouldn't be my first choice for a romantic... More
