The room and hotel were lovely, nice touch with Nespresso machine and lovely L'Occitane toiletries. However, I think we were very unlucky with the location of our room and the fact it was a Saturday night. We lay awake listening to drunk people walking past shouting until 4am (reassuring at least that the cliche of French people always drinking in...

Very nice accommodation. Our room was good-sized, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom with separate toilet. Downside was that the bath did not have a shower, only a tub. Our room was a little dark even though it had large windows. It looked out on a courtyard with a business across the way and we mostly had to keep the...

Lovely little hotel, delightful service. Though near a road we weren't disturbed by noise and slept very well. Nice Nespresso coffee maker in the room. It's true, you do have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs, but that moment soon passes. The location is great - the old city is right on the doorstep so easy to...

I spent a little more than I originally wanted to as most available hotels didn't seem that great and it was well worth the extra. Clean, comfortable, really good and sizeable bed and a good bathroom. On top of that exceptionally friendly service and in a good location. As others have said it must be hard to find in a...

As others have said, it is nearly impossible to find this hotel if you arrive by car, but once there it is a pleasure to stay. The service was impeccable and warm, the room luxurious and simple in a high-design way. The bed so comfortable I could have slept 24 hours. So what's the problem - (1) the street outside...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and i dont have a single criticism. Being in the travel industry I know what to look for and this is a top class hotel. Its small, there s attention to details everywhere, the rooms are spotless, modern, imaginative. The breakfast is really lush even served in the room as we had...

Even with a GPS it was difficult to find the hotel, but it was well wort persevering. The staff were excellent and the room was fantastic. Parking was not so easy as it was in a public car park. If that bothers you it would perhaps be better to stay in a hotel further from the centre of the old...

We came into Toulouse the wrong way and had great difficulty finding this hotel especially with the roadworks. The lovely Jennifer guided us to the location and then upgraded us after seeing the amount of luggage we had. No lift otherwise this would have been a five rating. Room was substantial with a separate bathroom and toilet. King sized bed...

Just got back from a weekend in Toulouse for a wedding and stayed here. I would rate it as 3.5-4 star in terms of the quality of rooms and service. Not bad at all really and no complaints about the room itself, it served the purpose. The location is excellent right by the river and close to the main touristy...

It is small and nice hotel in the central area. Plenty of restraurants in 5 minutes distance! We have some problem with shower too, but it seems to be normal at french hotels.
