I stayed in Hotel M for one night. We arrived tired and dejected after a cancelled flight. We got to thehotel randomly, asked for the wifi code and a seat to rest. The hostess was the most hard working, helpful woman we could have asked for. Beers were flowing, the football was on and a room was certainly being booked.... More

Cracking little boutique hotel conveniently located a stone’s throw away from the main station (and metro) in Toulouse, with good transport links across the city. Also a short walk from some of the other main attractions in the city including a good selection of bars and restaurants. This hotel stands out from the crowd both from the outside and on... More

From the welcome by Vienna to the coffee from Yannick... A great stay at an affordable price ... Just wish I could remember Melissa's friends name... Must have been a good night! Room was clean, quiet and quirky... Location great and bar prices reasonable...

We stayed in this hotel for only one night after having stayed in a string of hotels along the south of France. This place was by far the best value for money. The staff were very friendly. It is located minutes from the train station. The showers were excellent and futuristic (although a user manual would have been helpfull). The... More

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Matabiau Station, but boy did I stuff up. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I'd entered a brothel. The state of the rooms & the corridors did nothing to dispel this illusion, nor did the many sex clubs nearby or the screaming women in other rooms that woke... More

The hotel is right opposite the station. The room was clean and of average size for a budget hotel. Breakfast provided a good choice. My night was very quiet and the bed comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The 2 problems were that I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. The staff member, who checked me... More

Reading some reviews about this place made us feel it could be right for one night in Toulouse : what a mistake ! Everything is wrong : the location, the state of the place in general, the lack of comfort, the noise from outside and inside. As soon as you get in, you understand that you are not going to... Stayed in the hotel over the august bank holiday . Very nice experience . From arrival . The staff were friendly & very helpful . Coffee on arrival with a chat . Advised me on places to go and a street to avoid as there had been recent robberies of tourists . The stairs were steep but no problem &... More

He is italien but fluent in english which is a nice surprise for a french hotel, he is also a great cocktail maker! The room was very clean and welcoming, the... More

The appeal of the Hotel M was its position, just across from Le Gare in the centre of Toulouse. The welcome was warm and accommodating, but as I had business in Toulouse, all I needed was a room for the night, no interest in The Bar... so it was a surprise to find my room at the top of 3... More
