This hotel is clean with reasonably comfortable beds. The rooms are small, but adequate for a one or two night stay. Usually hotels like this are good budget options. BUT, there are several features of this hotel that make this a place I would not return. 1) It's not that budget - you can do better in Toulouse for the...

The main positive for this hotel is its location. There are several excellent bistrots nearby, several places of interest are within walking distance, as is Toulouse Matabiau train station. Another positive is the staff who are friendly, helpful and chatty. All with perfect English. The negative is the size of the hotel and the rooms. Everything is cramped. My single...

Our visit started with the girl on the front desk saying 'No English' & an attitude that put us on the back foot about asking questions about area, restaurants etc. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were superb & very helpful. After the first night, we asked to be moved as we were having trouble with the wifi & the...

We just spent one night at St Claire Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel is located close to the line of the airport bus which made our late night arrival very easy. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable and everything needed was intelligently fitted into the small room. Best of all are the very...

The St Claire is not far from the main railway station and the Metro. It is virtually on a small square with restaurants, bars, a supermarket and another hotel. Other restaurants are within 200m. My room was comfortable and had all I needed. The staff were generous with their time and helpful. The only downside is that one of the...

This is a lovely hotel. The position is central and yet in its own distinctive little corner of the city. The rooms are furnished and equipped in a modern comfortable and unfussy style. The staff are helpful and charming. The breakfasts are so copious they were too much for us. But even better than this, in my opinion, is that...

While I'd like to give a higher rating due to the friendliness of the staff, the condition of the hotel and location detract too much. The hotel is in an area near some bars, so it attracts some sketchy-looking people that start talking to you when you walk by on your way to the hotel. Since you have to ring...

We are from South Africa and did a home exchange in Bordeauz and we decided to visit Toulous for the weekend and stay a night. It was plesant and we got to see all of the major attractions around the centre of town - all within walking distance.

The hotel is much more appealing on the inside than the outside. The room was an adequate size, clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The only issue we had was the noise from a nearby bar that went on in the early hours. It sounded like a birthday party and may have been a...

Very friendly service. Reception open at all times. The room has what is needed, nothing more, but all very tidy and cosy. Room with shutters and aircondition, makes it nice to return to on a very hot day. Parking can be tricky, we were lucky to find a parkometer place just outside.
