Very quiet room on the 5th floor but overlooking an office block so no view. Room clean and compact. No tea/coffee making facilities.Safes not in room but able to use hotel's safe in reception. Close to centre of Lille. Breakfast was okay but would have liked bacon or scrambled eggs to be available. Very friendly and helpful staff.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 October 2016

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and its great value and just a 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Eurostar Station and 5 minutes walk into the centre but a quiet location. The beds were really comfortable, rooms good size for a budget hotel and very affordable. The breakfast is very good too with fresh fruit, yogurts,...

This is just round the corner from the stations and next to a Carrefour for your five a day. Extremely central. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful and, if you eat in the Ibis Kitchen restaurant, you will meet the chef. He is not a shrinking violet. Quite a character, in fact. When I...

2 night stay at over 130€ per night Not good value at that price Room fine - but not hugely comfortable but window was openable which was great No kettle in room - thought that was a basic amenity everywhere these days Breakfast buffet serviceable - wasn't included in the extortionate room rate.... If you can get a deal on...

We stayed at the Ibis Centre Gares as it is in a good position for sight seeing - plus it has underground parking! Reception staff were welcoming as were the bar staff - we went for a drink as our room wasn't quite ready - we arrived earlier than planned.

Nice staff. Room very clean and quiet even in the city centre. Good mattress. Short walking distance 5min from 'la grand place' and 2 min from the big commercial center eurolille. It would just be nice to repair the baby-foot at the reception as it is broken when you play.

Booked it just for 1 night, Very clean room and bathroom with excellent beds and good shower. Parking lot is really too small, also be aware to book in in the hotel and not with external partner or you can be charged twice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice: eggs, a selection of local cheeses, fruit (I ate one pear every day and each was perfectly ripe), good bread and 'petit pains au chocolat'. I was travelling on my own and had booked dinner in advance. The food was freshly cooked, the 'brandade de morue' was...

I have stayed in Lille before in 2 other hotels. This was first one with a car park which was a real bonus. The hotel is modern and friendly. The room was standard and the bathroom was a good size for an Ibis. Breakfast was good but limited. You can walk into Lille centre in 5 minutes.
