Anthony was a very pleasant host, prepared great breakfasts every morning and was informative about attractions and local restaurants. We'd definitely make this our home base on another trip to Normandy. Rooms were large and well appointed.

The guesthouse is located in the centre of town with parking spots distributed on the grounds, amongst trees and bushes. The initial imrpression on arrival is of a private mansion hosting a chic party. Once you enter the house, you recall some of the chateux you visited along the Loire. Every inch of the property is decorated with class. Your...

From the moment we pulled up to the door, proprietor Anthony was the perfect host, generous with his knowledge of the area, recommending restaurants and sights with a local's perspective. He has reclaimed a handsome mansion in the center of Bayeux, and maintained its beautiful gardens and kept its best and modernized its handsome, spacious rooms. He serves a terrific...

I've stayed in many places in various parts of the world, this is easily on of the top, if not the top places. The location is amazingly close to everything, the building is stunning, and the staff is so accommodating. I was able to get to visit over a weekend in Europe on a business trip. I actually hesitate to...

We stayed for three nights in early April 2017 at Hotel Tardif Noble Guesthouse. The property is lovely and comfortable. The owner, Anthony, is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in his home and our conversations with him. A tasty breakfast is available each morning. You dine with other guests at a large table, which we found fun and...

The Hotel Tardif Noble Guesthouse is a beautiful setting--it's like a country manor complete with grounds in the middle of town. The facility is well maintained. Anthony is a gracious and accommodating host--we were concerned about dining because we visited over Easter weekend and he made dinner reservations for us in advance. I would not hesitate to recommend it to...

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay at the Tardif? The inn is a beautiful historic 18th century manorhouse right near the Bayeaux cathedral. Wonderful friendly welcome, spacious guestrooms and a lovely breakfast buffet looking out on the garden to help you get going in the morning. Our family loved it - great room, great service, great location!

My husband, son (16) and I traveled to Bayeux, Normandy, France and stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel Tardif Noble Guesthouse. It was incredible in so many ways. The mansion is tastefully decorated, extremely well kept up, very clean and has a beautiful private garden. We stayed in a Double/Triple Noblesse room that was enormous with a very, very...

We stayed in a gorgeous, recently renovated triple/quad room with a bathroom that was to die for - a tough balance since this is obviously a historic property. We only wish we could have stayed here longer. Breakfast was amazing and eggs were cooked to order. Location was ideal - you can walk to anything in town - cathedral, tapestry...

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Tardif for a quick overnight trip to visit the D-Day beaches and cemetery. The hotel is very quaint and comfortable. The town of Bayeux is very enjoyable to walk around and has numerous places to eat and shop. My biggest complaint was that our entire stay was so short. The room was very...
