Excellent hotel. Located close to public transport - bus. Comfortable beds. Booked as we wanted to experience the dinner but alas the restaurant not open on a Sunday!!!! Fortunately the front reception staff had great knowledge regarding local places open on Sunday's. Breakfast delicious. Pared whilst we touristed around on the Monday. Overall very good

Modern Hotel way off Caen's center! well equipped, pretentious rooms and attitude. We got a second floor room overlooking the parking ... We could not cancel our reservation 30 hours before hand, even though we had reserved a room at full price ... As written earlier, this hotel is just an accessory to the restaurant which is the real business...

We stayed in a superior room on the second floor. The room is very big and very well equipped. The continental breakfast was included and was very rich, including fruit, yogurt, granola etc., The restaurant is excellent, the dishes were very creative. WE enjoyed our stay very much, but it was quite expensive...

In the city of Guillaume de Conqueror this is probably the best hotel. Although at a certain distance from the pretty centre of Caen the stay in this accomodation will compensate for this. Its a very new hotel (in a sort of Zenstyle), while the restaurant has earned its reputation many years ago ... one michelinstar. Its difficult to find...

While the hotel has an unassuming, ordinary look outside (it would be very easy to miss it and drive straight past it) - the inside is pleasantly modern in design and furnishings. My room was very spacious and tastefully but soberly decorated, the bed superbly comfortable and just what I needed after a very long day! The Italian shower-room was...

We decided on a last minute trip to Normandy for the Easter weekend, and chose Caen as the place to sleep. Following good reviews on Trip Advisor we chose this hotel, which was able to offer two rooms (a junior suite at 200 euros and a room with two single beds for 180 euros) beside eachother on the same floor....

on arrival we were shown a small dark room on the ground floor, with window giving just on the street and the hotel entrance. We changed room, for 25% top up, and got to the first floor, with the room looking at the parking. This hotel is just an accessory to the restaurant which is the real business and interest...

We thought we'd have a nice meal before we left France and staying at this hotel seemed a good choice although we knew we'd have an early morning start to catch the first ferry back to Portsmouth. After a long drive we arrived on Sunday afternoon only to discover that the restaurant was closed, there was no food available at...
