Recommended by friends we arrived to discover a charming ambiance and warm welcome. An ideal location just steps from the historic port. Our room was cozy, comfortable with delightful decor. Excellent recommendations from Annick for dining and sightseeing. (She speaks both English and French bien sur) lovely drive to Deauville. We will return. Merci!

We arrived in Honfleur on a Friday morning in September with no accommodation booked. The couple of places we knew about were booked out and the tourist office said we were unlikely to find a place. We were recommended La Lirencine by another BandB in the town and so walked up the hill with every expectation that this delightful corner...

This B&B is in a great location for a walking tour of Honfleur. It's just outside the historic center, so it's very quiet, but a 5-10 minute walk and you are at beautiful Saint-Catherine's church where the market is held and not far from the harbor, restaurants, and (my favorite) the quirky Satie Museum. The rooms are very large--we had...

We've been staying at La Lirencine last year in June already and came back for a short get-away. We had a wonderful time in Honfleur and again enjoyed our stay at this nice B&B. This time we stayed in the Author's room (Chambre "Ecrivain") and this too was designed to every lovely detail. Typical French breakfast was great and this...

How nice to have a good rest in a large-sized bed in a charming home. We then woke up to a proper cup of tea, generous breakfast, homemade jam and pleasant conversation. We felt very welcome. We hope to be back!!!

We spent one night here and enjoyed the experience. Very comfortable quiet room with excellent ensuite facilities and extremely comfortable bed. We were made very welcome and enjoyed an excellent French breakfast which included croissants, crunchy baguette, homemade cakes, fruit, yogurt, etc. You are less than 10 minutes walk from a plethora of restaurants and quaint shops as well as...

We stayed one night at La Lirencine and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room, Le Jardin, was spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite shower room small but well appointed. Annick, our hostess, was friendly and offered us refreshment on our arrival which we had on the terrace garden, a very pleasant space. Breakfast...

Spent one night at La Lirencine and would have loved to stay longer if I had the time. Annick is truly a warm and welcoming person who makes sure her guests are looked well after. Delicious breakfast, clean, spacious and charming rooms, tasteful interior and with a charming and quite backyard/patio. Excellent location. I can recommend this to anyone!

Warm and genuinely friendly host Annick made us feel more like friends than guests, providing not only a great breakfast (typical French with Crossaints, Marmelade, yoghurt as well as the obligatory baguette) but funny anekdotes and honest recommendations for dining and day trips. The rooms are very clean, the sheets smell of lavender and the decoration is from the heart...

La Lirencine is a homey and friendly B&B in the old town of Honfleur, 5 mins walk to the centre of town with its huge choice of restaurants and shops and the medieval church. We stayed 4 nights in the Garden Room. Parking is only available on the street about 100 metres from the B&B. However, we could stop outside...
