We stayed here for three nights in one of the annex rooms. Lovely view over waterway and conveniently located right next to the beautiful harbour. Bedroom was a good size and bathroom excellent - nice walk in shower and even a jacuzzi bath. Well appointed, apart from lack of tea/coffee making facilities or mini bar/fridge. Everything else excellent and would...

L'absinthe is ideally located to walk into town or stroll by the harbour. I didn't know about the car park that you can access but there is a large car park opposite that costs €22 for 24 hours. The hotel seems to be spread across several buildings so you don't feel part of a single hotel with a heart such...

This is a wonderful place to spend a night. The hotel has a great location. It is an older hotel that has been spiffed up and made to look a lot newer than it is.....the charm is nice and the baths are a good size. The room was small but for one night it was fine. We loved being in...

L'Absinthe is in a great location, easily walkable to the harbor and shops and dining. The rooms are beautifully decorated with exposed beams, antique furnishings and very nice linens, and both the rooms and the bathrooms are very large and comfortable. The hotel does have a paid parking area, but it's away from the hotel and since we were only...

My wife and I really enjoyed our short stay at L'Absinthe. We had a beautiful and very spacious room in the annexed section of the property, with several windows that overlooked the harbor. A lot of character in the room decor. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom very large. It is a brief stroll to the inner harbor and...

J'etais un chein enough France. Yes, I was. I was a magnificent dog in France and I had a whale of a time and then shipped up L'Absinthe where my parents had stayed before. Would they welcome me? ' Of course' said the receptionist and up the narrow stairs we went to a cosy bedroom with a spa bath and...

We stayed in January = winter and the all city was very calm. The hotel is very good located in a quiet area but very close to all interesting places. Very nice staff and the place is perfectly kept. A good restaurant on in the hotel.

Good location, nice room but reception is difficult to find and only manned some times. When we wanted to check in around 4pm, the door was locked. Parking is in a garage about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Cannot help to get the feeling that the place would benefit from "Hotel Rescue" experts!

I was traveling with my parents and they had a lovely triple for the three of us and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. You are right in the middle of Honfleur for walking around and getting dinner close by. They have teas and coffee out all day to help yourself and a wonderful lobby with books and magazines for...

Large, well appointed rooms with full view of the harbor and fishing boats. Large bathrooms, a/c controls in each room, and wifi is good. Very clean. Lobby is in another building and is perfectly cozy with large stone fireplace and a great breakfast not to be missed. One of the best little independent hotels I have visited in France and...
