Cosy and quaint hotel on the outskirts of honfleur town only a 10 min walk downhill to the centre. Host is very obliging. There are no lifts in this property. Room we had was full of curious antiques and paintings and delightful. The bed was not as comfortable but still a good nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was croissants, bread spreads and eggs.in all a pleasant and highly recommended place to stay!

The house is of a considerable age and full of character with off-road parking. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a four-poster bed in it as well as an en-suite shower room and toilet plus an excellent view of Le Pont de Normandie from the Mansarde window. The breakfasts were delicious and copious. We ate our breakfasts in a little room on the first floor and had that particular breakfast room to ourselves. Delicious fruit juice followed by a big bowl of fruit, a couple of croissants with a large amount of coffee or tea and extra bread and cakes. As regards the location, it was an easy half mile's walk to the centre of town down La Rue Du Puits. A short walk takes you to La Chappelle de Grâce upon a large hill overlooking Honfleur and affording a very pleasant walk into town.…

La Liniere is the most extraordinary, interesting and fascinating B&B I have ever stayed in. Every room is furnished imaginatively with a myriad of interesting objects. Jean-Christopher speaks English and makes a most welcoming host. We ordered breakfast, which was served in our own private dining room complete with Limoge china. For such a fascinating and enjoyable experience I would have expected to pay a lot more, for both the stay and the breakfast.

Only three rooms in what is a family home in Honfleur. A wonderful, quirky and welcoming small hotel. Frankly, we wanted to move in for ever! It was my 'perfect home'! The owners were delightful, the room was beautiful and tasteful and the breakfast setting was perfect. A short 10 minute walk from the centre of Honfleur, so away from the hubbub.

We had a lovely room overlooking the back garden. Comfortable bed and furnishings, like staying in someone's home. Shower worked very well. It was a B & B so breakfast was included - Jean Christoph would have made eggs or whatever else you asked for. Would have like breakfast to start a little earlier, but we ended up having such lovely conversations with other guests around the table, it really didn't matter. This was a pleasant location for our 3 nights in Honfleur.

Really nice house. We stayed in a room on the top floor at the front of the house. The room, en suite and the house is very well decorated and very clean. The Jean-Christophe is a good host who speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Warm hosts, homely feel, and excellent breakfasts. What more could we want? The communal lounge areas are excellent, with lots of books and delightful surroundings Only small downside was that Internet wasnt working ( digging up the street), and the house was not easy to find

We stayed here last week whilst in wonderful, quaint Honfleur for 2 nights. Christophe was a perfect gentleman and the house was delightful. It is a beautiful period property with many period artefacts and treasures within. The room was spotless, it was on the first floor overlooking the back garden. We had our own en-suite bathroom , tea making facilities and hairdryer. Breakfast was from 8.30-10.00 served either downstairs in the dining room with other guests, or we could have taken this on our floor in a small room with views over Honfleur. We chose to mix with the other guests and this was a good choice as we chatted to a lovely French couple and enjoyed a splendid continental breakfast of pastries, delicious bread and conserves, compote, wonderful coffee and delicious eggs if wanted. This is all served on period bone china with cutlery to match and even knife rests! The house is easy to find and is about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Honfleur it is a slight incline to return. There is parking on the drive and also on the road outside. We really felt pampered , it was a wonderful 2 nights stay. We would certainly recommend.…
