The hotel is in a great location to get around the city. There is plenty of available parking around the hotel that is free after 1730. Loved the nautical theme. Our room had a huge bathroom. The bed gave us a good sleep. The window had a metal shutter to block the light and give you a better sleep. Staff were lovely. We didn’t take advantage of any spa treatments so can’t comment. Absolutely loved the hotel though.

Such a lovely hotel. The location is conveniently located in Le Havre's St Joseph district directly across from St Joseph Church. We stayed in one of the apartments. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom well laid out. The area, while close to so many good restaurants, bars and boulangeries, is peaceful. The chairs in the living room are futon style and convert to a bed. While not as comfy as the bed, there were no complaints. The louvers helped to make the rooms dark for sleeping. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, glasses, dishes, etc. We weren't able to make spa appointments as hours are amended due to CoVid-19. Next time? We didn't eat at the restaurant in house. Housekeeping was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Spent one night at this lovely hotel...Charming and cozy but Oh boy! so little room/space in the room(s.) Rooms have a homey, cozy feel but but feel like a matchbox. I tried to pull the blanket over myself at night and hit my elbow on the door - OUCH (that is just to demonstrate space available around you.) Excellent breakfast and great staff...enjoyable stay overall.

We booked a family room for the hotel but upon check out were asked to pay extra for the kids beds (A sofa bed and mattress on the floor). They did not provide extra pillows for the kids beds and when we asked for more were told that we should make do with the the pillows in the room. The room was listed as non smoking but the ceiling was heavily stained from nicotine and there was a very off putting spell in the bedroom. We asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room which was a complete disaster. Probably all down to poor communication but we tried to order breakfast for 4 and ended up with 4 pieces of toast and a single bowl of cereal with 4 drinks which they then wanted to charge us for 2 adults and 2 children c.50 euros! Overall a very disappointing stay which put a bit of a downer for our last night on what had been an amazing trip to France.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is on street and only six euros for 24 hours but I needed help from hotel staff to figure out how to pay. Our room was clean and very nice. We were on the street side so it was noisy on a weekend night. One of the best things about the hotel is the location. It is near the beach and old town. I would definitely stay here again.
