Took a chance on this hotel as it was located across the street from the train station. We were incredibly thrilled by our choice. The staff was inviting, friendly, and accommodating. There is a lift, but you will likely have to carry your bags up a few stairs in any event. The room was nicely sized and the bathroom was... More

Well situated for our cycling the Loire a Velo. They had limited cycle storage but managed to get them all in. The receptionist was delightful and helped us with queries at our next hotel. Close to the station and supermarket and a very good Cambodian restaurant, Angkor, around the corner in Rue d'Anjou. Worth a try. Rooms were on the... More

The hotel is small and located on the outskirts of the city center. The place is quiet and the room tidy. The service is friendly. Breakfast is a good average. The hotel favors ecological products and choices. Train station to the hotel is only a few hundred meters.

This hotel is convenient to the train station, and is next to an outdoor bus station, which was right below our second floor window. The immediate vicinity is not that nice, but within a few blocks walk you there are nice residential and commercial streets with good restaurants and shops. The rooms are furnished with sub-IKEA quality furnishings--very basic and... More

The last hotel for my 2 weeks trips at France. Nice location just across the street to railway station. Room is small and a bit noisy due to near station. The elevator did not exactly reach all room, I end up bring my big luggage up and down. Also wifi access system is not convenient, need one id per device

I got a bedroom on the ground floor. Very tight and very noisy (one could hear people talking at the reception, people going up and down the stairs and even people pacing on the room above). If you are sensitive to noise, bring very good ear plugs. Another downside was that in the evening the room got uncomfortably cold. I... More

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a great experience here. The hotel is a 2 minute walk across the road from Angers St Laud railway station. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly and spoke English. I had a small but comfortable room on the side of the hotel facing the bus station. It had... More

Convenient location opposite the Gare SNCF and next to the bus terminal, this hotel has small but comfortable rooms. It was very warm the one night we stayed, so the air conditioning was welcome. Bed was pretty comfortable and the WiFi signal is good. Very short walk to a selection of bars/cafes/restaurants. Lots of students are around as Angers is... More

Nice hotel opposite the railway station, rooms small but comfortable and our room was very quiet. Breakfast was good but we did not do it justice as we went to an excellent resturant the previous night. There is pay & display parking in the streets only 200 metres away. We arrived at 3pm , I put 3 euros in the... More

Good location opposite station but no noise - double double glazed. Very clean and lovely big shower. There is a lift but parking is a small problem. €13 per night in a multi story or, if you have a 5 minute walk free on some roads. Hotel will advise which roads. Whichever hotel you select in this part of Angers... More
