My staying was ok. The room was very small, but I always love when I have a stove and a refrigerator allowing me to cook for myself and save some money. The pool was cold, and the breakfast was missing a lot of international items (meats for example), but the staff is very cordial and willing to help. The staying...

Dear Pilotaids, Many thanks for taking the time to write your comment, and we were pleased to hear that you appreciated the aparthotel concept. Sorry if you have finded the swimming pool cold. Normaly, it approach 28°. For the breakfast, it is a cold buffet breakfast at 8.4€. It is not a international buffet as you could find in hotel,...

Arrived at Adagio Access Poitiers after a long fraught journey from Zeebrugge on-route to Luz St Sauveur. We arrived after reception was closed, but had previously contacted the hotel and had been supplied with access details. These details were spot-on, and we had no problems whatsoever. On first glance the hotel looked a bit shabby, but it did what it...

I was here for a longish stay so I got used to it. No really comfortable chair, which became a nuisance, and although they supply a coffee machine in the room (but you get your own filters and coffee) there are no cups, only bowls. Apparently this awkward thing is currently fashionable in France, where I am sure they used...

Clean and well equipped. Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you could need. Easy instructions for access late at night. Good location, very close to the train station and only 10 mins from town centre through the back door. Our only complaint was that the pillows were awful!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is very centrally located . We stayed in aparthotel (not accor) last yr and thought this would be as good. Small room and noisy air conditioning.ALL SAUSEPANS !!! were filthy..green mould ,just not fit for use. I felt staff had little concept of hygiene and cleanlinless . They were eventually replaced late on...

We arrived on 26 July, 2 adults and a child, for 3 nights. Approaching the hotel on foot from the train station, we weren't hopeful: it's opposite a car tyre place and feels "out of town". However, we were taken aback by the friendliness of the receptionist(s), and were very pleased with our little apartment which was very clean and...

This hotel is ideal for those wanting a basic room for a quick overnight stay. The rooms are spacious and beds are quite comfortable. If you are a non smoker you are likely to smell stale smoke in th room. The rooms are very dark due to the aged decor. The rooms are not subjected to noise. You need to...

Lovely hotel and apartment. The room was very spacious and clean. There was no noise whatsoever from around the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the town centre. Poitiers is a very small town and very student based. I would recommend it for a weekend but not any longer than that as there isn't much to do there.

Stayed 4 nights in this very comfortable hotel. Lady in reception is a brilliant face of the company . She was very welcoming and was helpful to us whenever we required. Didn't get her name but thanks to her. The hotel is situated in a business area with lots of offices etc . 5 minutes or so away is a...
