I believe some of the expensive rooms have "more" of the monastery (eg. the ceilings). They are very helpful, so I would ask them what is available.

Although we stayed in one of the standard rooms in the newer part of the hotel, I am sure that both superior rooms and suites are available in the "chapel" section of the hotel and these would give you the ambience you seek... More
