We loved this place, the people were very helpful, the room was great. an old room with huge windows overlooking the courtyard. The pool was nice, and the waiters will bring drinks right to you on the pool. The town was great, not too difficult to get to, a little fun getting lost there. would really recomend it. as for...

We loved this hotel. It is tucked away on a little street, but not difficult to find because there are plenty of signs leading you there. Our room was tastefully furnished and spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The hotel's location is great for touring Arle, and for visiting other little towns. If you have a car,...

rude staff, dirty rooms - large hair balls in the middle of the floor that were there when we arrived went untouched for the length of our stay. It was beyond disgusting. When we complained at the front desk they said they'd look into it. If you are forced to stay here: skip the breakfast.

I had been warned by other reviews and we still got lost with the map. The most difficult hotel to find, one way streets, very very narrow lanes, don't take a big car! Great once we got there. Indoor garage, they park your car since it is all so tiny. In the center of town but still a quiet ....

My group of three sated at the Darlatan for six nights this October. We were somewhat apprehensive having read a couple of negative reviews, but were so pleasantly surprised throughout our stay by the staff, the surroundings and the general ambience of the hotel. We did have trouble getting to the hotel in a car initially (alley-like streets) but as...

Two friends and myself stayed at the Arlatan for three nights in early March of this year. We shared the expense of a junior suite ($130 euros per night/3) and had a lovely room with full bath. We found the staff wonderful to deal with and they were incredibly helpful as we made occasional nuisances of ourselves with questions. Food...

We stay one night to this hotel. This hotel is not an american standard hotel. It's a typically European hotel with a lot of caracter. We visit few rooms and all rooms are differents with differents pricing and differents looks. We choose the cheaper (around 85 Euros/night) and love our small, cozy room. The hotel is very quiet and you...

Great location in the old part of the city. We appreciated the lovely quiet rooms and the fact that we could garage our car at the hotel.A breakfast room opening into the inner courtyard garden added to the charm of this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A very short walk to a square dotted with restaurants made this...

We stayed in this hotel in early October, 2005, after reading about it in the Rick Steeve's guide to Provence. What a disappointment! First of all, it was almost impossible to find..hidden away in a warren of mideaval streets. The room we were given smelled very musty, the carpet was worn and dirty, and the blanket on the bed had...

I would give this hotel 0 stars, if that were possible. Do not stay here! The manageress and her daughter take arrogance and surliness to new heights. You are not seen as a valued customer, but as an imposition. The manageress turned her back on me and started talking to someone else while I was in the middle of asking...
